The North

The South

Glass bottom boats and a semi-submersible boat can take tourists out to view the beautiful coral reefs and marine life without getting wet.
Should you wish to leave the beaches behind for a day, there are many places to visit on this wonderful island. Inland you will find sugar-cane fields, cascading waterfalls, ancient temples, mountains and gorges.
A must see is the SSR Botanical Garden of Pamplemousses, a 60 acre garden which boasts 500 different species of plants, including giant Victoria Amazonia water lilies.
There are many leisure facilities on the island with a water-park, marine parks, golf courses and for shoppers a visit to Sunset Boulevard. Horse riding, boat and helicopter trips and extensive treks can also be arranged on this wonderful island.
